The Role

A Tier 1 contractor is recruiting Senior Site / Project Engineers for major, multi-year residential and commercial developments across Dublin.

You will act as the technical lead on site, managing structural design verification, RC frame QA sign-offs, subcontractor coordination, and temporary works from groundworks through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Technical Verification: Review structural drawings, manage RFIs, resolve technical queries, and interface with design consultants.

• RC Frame QA: Lead pre/post-pour inspections, rebar checks, concrete testing logs, and BCAR documentation.

• Subcontractor Alignment: Oversee civil and structural trade packages, verifying works against specs and survey accuracy.

• Temporary Works & Site Setup: Coordinate temporary works procedures, deep excavation controls, and site engineering logistics.

• Programme Support: Work closely with the Project Manager to track structural progress against master schedules.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years as a Site/Project Engineer on large-scale building or civils projects with Tier 1/2 main contractors.

• Core Focus: Deep practical knowledge of RC frame structures, concrete QA, and high-density residential builds.

• Survey & Tech: Highly proficient in total station verification, AutoCAD, design management, and site QA software.
