Are you looking for a new challange? 

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to provide day to day admin support the the HR team, as well as maintain accurate and confidential employee records 

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 P/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 8am -5pm Monday to Friday 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and update HR systems.
  • Prepare standard HR correspondence, including offer letters, contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with new starter onboarding, induction arrangements, and required documentation.
  • Process employee changes, including changes to personal details, working hours, and employment information.
  • Maintain holiday, sickness, absence, and other employee records.
  • Support leaver administration and ensure relevant documentation is completed.
  • Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers and escalate more complex matters when required.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in HR administration, general administration, recruitment, or a similar support role.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Approximately 6–12 months’ experience in an HR, recruitment, administrative, or office support environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards a relevant HR qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
