Have you been in a 360 role working as part of a recruitment agency?

Attega Group is currently recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities, instigate and nurture client relationships, and drive revenue for the company.

In return, is a salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission, car allowance after successful probation period, 1pm finishes on a Friday, Vitality Private Medical Insurance after probation period, 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, plus your birthday off, and more!

This role is full-time and permanent. We offer flexi-time Monday to Thursday, with a 1pm finish on Fridays.

Reporting to the company Directors, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to candidate placement and aftercare
• Identifying new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals, and market mapping
• Taking detailed job briefs and advising clients on recruitment strategy, salary benchmarking, and market conditions
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, database searches, and proactive headhunting techniques
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support

The ideal candidate:

• Must have proven business development or 360 recruitment experience from a recruitment agency environment. Any recruitment sector background will be considered.
• Will require strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Must be confident communicating with both clients and candidates at all levels
• Will be self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
• Must have the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at once
• Will have a proactive and consultative approach to recruitment
• Will need to be prepared to travel to meetings across the UK.
