Remedial Technical Scheduler   
£30,000 depending upon experience (Increasing to £33,000 after a successful 3 month probation) 
Stockport
Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 40 hour week

Do you work well under pressure and can manage multiple tasks at once?

We are currently recruiting an Remedials Technical Scheduler to join the team.

Must have drainage experience to compile quotations, assist with technical knowledge and scheduling. 

In return, we are offering a salary of up to £30,000 P/A, with an increase to £33,000 P/A after a successful 3 month probation. 

This is a full-time, permanent. The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00 (40 hour working week).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receive and log remedial jobs accurately
• Identify urgency risks and required engineer skills / equipment 
• Allocate jobs to the correct engineer based on location and skillset 
• Prioritise urgent works and manage real-time scheduling changes 
• Issue clear job instructions to engineers 
• Provide clients with ETA's and updates 
• Handle queries professionally 
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients 

The ideal candidate:

• Must have previous experience scheduling engineers
• Must have resilience in their day to day work load
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Must be organised
