Location: start project is in Perth, PH1 / this role will involve travel to other sites nationally

Up to £45,000 P/A depending on experience

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee projects across the UK, starting in Perth, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional who enjoys supporting teams, coordinating subcontractors, and assisting on fast-paced live sites from mobilisation through to completion.

The salary on offer is up to £45,000 P/A, depending on experience plus benefits including:

The Role:

As Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction and fit-out projects, acting as one of the main points of contact on site for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
  • Coordinating subcontractors, labour, materials, and plant
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
  • Monitoring project progress, quality, and productivity
  • Conducting inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
  • Managing site records, progress reports, and documentation
  • Working closely with Project Managers and commercial teams
  • Ensuring works are completed on time, on budget, and to specification
  • Maintaining professional communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience supervising construction or fit-out projects on-site
  • Strong all-round construction knowledge across building trades and mechanical/electrical 
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Good understanding of health & safety and knowledge of CDM regulations would be an advantage 
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

Essential Qualifications:

  • Green CSCS Card 
  • First Aid at Work (preferred) 
  • Full UK Driving Licence
