Mobile Electrical Supervisor

(Hybrid Role - 60/40 Tools/Supervision)

Rate: £25.00 per hour + Bonus
Territory: South of England London & Midlands

About the Client Our client is a rapidly growing commercial electrical contractor and part of a national specialist building services group. They specialize in high-security and high-compliance environments (Defence, Ministry of Justice) and are currently leading the industry in AI-driven site management.

The Role

You will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, using AI-assisted reporting, real-time tracking, and digital management platforms to optimize site performance

• Split: 60% lead-hand/on-tools, 40% digital oversight and commercial management.
• Tech: Use cloud-based certification, AI reporting summaries, and digital job costing tools.
• Lead commercial installations, testing, and maintenance in high-compliance environments (Prisons, Defence, Commercial).
• Manage teams via digital planning systems, track real-time productivity, and use mobile systems for RAMS and progress logs.
• Identify and cost variations proactively using data evidence; support tender inputs and site surveys.
• Supervise and develop apprentices and subcontractors to maintain high workmanship standards.

Candidate Profile

• Must have ECS Gold Card
• Level 3 Electrical  
• 18th Edition 
• Must be tech savvy and able to do digital reporting
• Desirable - 2391  / AM2
• Experience in commercial or secure environments is a major plus.
• Desirable - SSSTS or SMSTS
