Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Demand Planner to join the team.


The main purpose of this role is to create and analyse demand forecasts for the UK & Ireland. You will be tasked with ensuring forecast data is accurate and aligned with commercial plans. 

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £32,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus health cash plan, EAP, staff discount, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and more! 

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.  

Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Building 12-month rolling forecasts using historic data, trends, promotions, and insights. 
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels and taking a lead in category demand. 
  • Building accurate NPD forecasts to ensure new product demand is factored into the overall planning process.
  • Support replenishment and inventory by providing category demand inputs. 
  • Use Logility & D365 to generate reports and analyse forecast performance. 
  • Prepare regular forecast summaries and correct inconsistencies in the planning systems.
The ideal candidate:
  • Must have experience working in a demand planning role previously with a strong understand of S&OP processes. 
  • Will need to be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Logility, or closely aligned softwares.
  • Must be an effective communicator, in both written and spoken English. 
  • Will need a curious mindset with an eye for analytical and numerical tasks.
