Civils Supervisor  
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 P/A
Location: UK-wide (Working away required)-Based in South
Hours: Monday – Friday / 5am / 6am starts on a 50-hour contract.

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor to join the team delivering a wide range of civil engineering works across infrastructure and utilities projects. This role is site-based, hands-on, and requires flexibility to work away from home.

We value your expertise, and in return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and carry out civil works including trenching, ducting, and reinstatement
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards
• Lead and support site teams while remaining hands-on as required
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, health & safety legislation, and company procedures
• Coordinate daily activities, materials, and site logistics

Essential Qualification & Requirements:

• NRSWA (Street Works) accreditation – essential

• NPORS certification for relevant plant and machinery

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Groundworks (or equivalent)

• Proven experience in civil engineering / utilities-based groundworks

• Strong knowledge of trenching, ducting, and reinstatement

• Ability to supervise teams and work collaboratively

• Full UK driving licence

• Willingness to work away from home (essential)
