Are you an experienced Reactive Drainage Engineer
Do you have a flexible approach to work when it comes to start times, and overtime?
Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a Reactive Drainage Engineer to join their team.
The main purpose of this Reactive Drainage Engineer role is to clearing blockages and ensuring free-flowing drainage systems using HPWJ. To diagnose and resolving drainage issues efficiently.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £15ph plus enhanced overtime depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 07:00 - 17:00 10 hour shifts
Reporting to the Response Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- High-pressure water jetting – clearing blockages and ensuring free-flowing drainage systems.
- Fault investigation – diagnosing and resolving drainage issues efficiently.
- CCTV drain surveys – using camera technology to assess pipe conditions and identify defects.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in reactive drainage work is essential – this is not a trainee role.
- Full, valid UK driving licence (minor points accepted).
- A flexible approach to working hours, including participation in an on-call rota (approximately one week in six).
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
