Full time | Permanent | 37 hours per week
Are you currently planning manufacturing schedules?
Do you have experience in sheet metal fabrication?
Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a Production Engineer to join their team.
The main purpose of this opportunity is too co-ordination of all activities associated with progressing orders placed on the UK factory from receipt to despatch
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £38,000P/A, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and capacity constraints
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across departments
- Ensure sufficient stock is maintained of components and consumables are held in stock to meet the demand of the order bank
- Have a big involvement in the continuous improvements such as supporting in cost control, improve production layouts and material flow.
- Have involvement with QHSE across the business
The ideal candidate:
- Degree level qualification in Manufacturing / Production Engineering or similar
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing to all levels
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
