The Lead Fibre Engineer / MEWP Operator will support the Customer Premise Department. This team focuses on single dwelling fibre installations across London, Surrey, and surrounding areas.

What will this role be getting up to?

• Working in a team of two, with a reporting Junior Engineer
• Completing circa 5 installs per day as a team
• Communicating with customers
• Climbing Poles
• Dropping Leads
• Splicing
• Training & Coaching Junior Engineer
• Signing off the installations
• Ensuring quality of all installations
• System Updates
• Completing a full FTTH install
• Funded training courses to gain those important accreditations

Job Requirements:

• Field based, reporting to our Rooks Nest Office, Godstone
• Flexible working environment, enhancing work-life balance
• Must have IPAF, SA001, SA008

• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

• Working a shift pattern, Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday
