Salary up to £25,000
Location – Gravesend
Permanent position / Monday - Friday / 09:00am – 17:00pm

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Remedials Operations Administrator.

The main purpose of this role is to be proactive and ensure the smooth running of the fast-paced Remedials department daily.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000, depending on experience.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Orders materials for approved works and arrange delivery to correct yard
  • Arrange and organise works for remedials field operatives ensuring all works are booked in and arranged with the clients daily.
  • Liaising with the Technical Team Members and Supervisor/Manager
  • Liaising daily via phone call and email with contractors/clients and suppliers
  • Working from a shared inbox and ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely manner
  • Supporting other members of the internal scheduling team
  • Operative will also step in and support with scheduling field operatives works if/when another team member is away from the business.

The ideal candidate:

  • Willingness to understand the drainage industry.
  • Computer literate – Word, excel. Oral and written communication skills.
  • A strong team player.
  • The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload.
  • A pleasant, confident telephone manner
