Do you have a background in Plumbing and Heating within Domestic properties?

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting an Operations Manager to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to 13 engineers across 5 sites in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire

In return, our client is offering a salary of £60k, depending on experience

Reporting to the Operations Director your responsibilities will include:

* Labour Planning and Scheduling of Engineers and Subcontractors
* Material Procurement and delivery coordination to avoid delays
* Technical oversight of first and second fix, including commissioning
* Health & Safety compliance including RAMS, toolbox talks, site conduct
* Cost control and variation management to protect profitability
* Quality assurance and snag prevention, ensuring every install meets NHBC and developer standards
* Clients relationship management, ensuring developer expectations are met and escalations are handled proactively

The ideal candidate:

* Previous experience within Operations Management
* Previous experience within the Plumbing and heating industry
* UK Driving license
* Self motivated personality that will be able to be firm, but fair with the team
* A driven individual who will take pride in getting the sites running to the peak of their abilities
