General Manager
Salary up to £70,000 P/A, depending on experience 
Bordon
Permanent position / Monday – Friday / 40 hours per week

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a General Manager to join the team.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience within the Manufacturing, Chemicals, Surface Treatment or similar sector.

The company are looking for someone who is willing, professional, punctual and passionate.

The main purpose of this role is to oversee day-to-day business strategies to achieve revenue growth.

In return, our client is offering a competitive salary, depending on experience, plus:

• 25 days holiday + bank holiday

Your responsibilities will be:

• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Monitor financial performance and key metrics, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Build, manage, and motivate a small team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Develop long-term plans aligned with business goals.

Experience required:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a small-to-medium-sized business or similar environment.
• Experience in driving commercial success and managing business functions.
• Prior experience in creating and managing operational processes is highly desirable.
• Experience of metals, surface treatment, chemicals would be advantageous but not critical
