Role: Commercial Manager – SC (Facilities Management)

Location: London, Manchester, Sheffield, Croydon, or Liverpool (3 days/week on site)

IR35: Inside

Rate: £830/day (Umbrella) MAX

Duration: 12 Months initially

Security Clearance: SC

Commercial procurement to support and assist Home Office Property Services for the above outlined Total Facilities Management and Performance Partner (Integrator) contracts. To assist with the preparation of documentation, quality checking, data testing, analysis, benchmarking and general compliance with governance processes. The role will require liaising with the multiple governance bodies and stakeholders through a detailed commercial lens. The role will provide ad-hoc and administrative support as required throughout the programme through key governance board preparation and attendance, working closely with Crown Commercial Service partners to development of the ITT bid pack, and providing much needed support to the FM26 lead and team as required.

Essential:

• Commercial experience of Facilities Management and Performance Partner (Integrator) procurements.
• Experience utilising Crown Commercial Service Frameworks.
• Producing high quality compliant tender documentation including specifications, tender bid packs and business case documents.
• Project managing the procurement process steps to tight deadlines.
• Evaluation of suppliers and moderation sessions.
• Managing the contract award.
• Liaison between multiple governance bodies and stakeholders.
• Data analysis and presentation packs

Desirable:

• MCIPS desirable
