Role: Commercial Policy Advsior - SC

Contract Length: 31/3/25 

Location: Whitehall, London (4 days/week on site)

IR35: INSIDE

Rate: £300-350/day

Security Clearance: SC & Sole Uk national

Essential:

• SC Clearance
• Sole UK National
• Collating documents
• Cross department stakeholder engagement
• Previous experience in drafting formal correspondence e.g., Ministerial correspondence or other responses as part of a secretariat.
• Attention to detail.
• previous experience of policy or secretariat work within HMG

Desirable:

• Immigration entry/VISA experience
• Law degree/ legal practice course LPC/ bar course / BBC

The Role:

• Provide high quality, effective, administrative support.
• Assist in completing tasks essential to the delivery of high quality regulatory policy activities.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and other engagement activities.
• Proof reading and preparing content in email, correspondence and documents.
• Attend meetings, take notes and highlight priorities.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of delivery.
• Preparing Draft submissions for minister
