Role: Senior Data Analyst – SC Cleared

Contract Length: 12 Months initially

Location: East Kilbride, Glasgow (3 days/week on site)

IR35: Inside

Rate: £480/day

Security Clearance: SC & UK national

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in a Data & Analytics role
• Experience in the use of key data toolsets including Microsoft Power Platform
• (Power BI; Power Apps; Power Automate)
• Experience in the use Atlassian toolsets including Jira
• Ability to translate project outcomes to measurable performance indicators
• The ability to communicate appropriately with stakeholders of varying data
• literacy skills

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience of Atlassian’s BI Tool EazyBi

Responsibilities

• Working closely with both the Lead Data & Performance Analyst and the Head of PMO to deliver timely business reports and insights relating to critical business projects
• Linking organisational benefits to key performance indicators to evidence the impact of investment
• Utilise the appropriate technology to support the management of business processes across the organization helping to reduce operational waste where possible
• Perform data analysis and data visualisation using relevant toolsets
• Deliver automated dashboards for both internal and external needs liaising with stakeholders at all levels on the use of these dashboards
• Be a leader in data management across the organisation helping to increase confidence in the data provided as well helping enhance data literacy skills across the organisation
• Coach and mentor data analysts within the D&A Team where appropriate
