We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Labourer to support workshop and yard operations for our client. This is a hands on role focused on loading and unloading containers, equipment handling, and preparing items for transport in a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers, trucks, and heavy equipment using forklifts

• Prepare, pack, and unpack equipment for transport

• Maintain high housekeeping standards across yard and workshop areas

• Assist with basic maintenance and workshop support tasks

• Carry out general yard duties including assembly, labouring, and painting

• Ensure safe storage of materials in line with health and safety requirements

• Support movement and delivery of goods between yard and operational areas

• Complete deliveries and collections as required

• Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines

• Support the Workshop Supervisor with additional duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Forklift B1 and B3 licence or equivalent experience operating 16t forklifts

• Valid forklift refresher within the last 2 years or willingness to update

• Full UK driving licence

Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)

• Previous yard experience is essential

• Good understanding of health and safety practices, ideally within oil and gas

• Strong team player with a positive and reliable approach

• Ability to work in a fast paced, hands on environment

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Desirable Qualifications / Competencies

• Experience in a workshop environment

• Technical trade background
