Job Title:
CCU Team Leader

Location: 
Aberdeen

Contract:
Fixed-Term Contract – 9 months


Job Purpose

To provide support and supervision within the Client’s NUK CCU Operations. Act as a focal point for the Client’s chosen CCU provider and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of CCU services.


Roles & Responsibilities

General

  • Provide supervision and support for the NUK CCU Team

  • Attend and contribute to client-facing meetings

  • Attend and contribute to supplier monthly operations/KPI meetings (e.g., SWIRE)

  • Work closely with the CCU Fleet Controller to prioritise tasks for daily operations

  • Raise and investigate Non-Conformance Reports / SID's in relation to CCU quality and performance

  • Support with administrative duties, including but not limited to CCU tracking, reporting, and responding to internal/external queries

  • Collaborate with NUK operational business units to provide continual client support

  • Provide detailed support for internal business units on all commercial aspects of CCU management


Minimum Qualifications

  • CCU certification and Inspection training (SWIRE)


Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)

  • Maintains positive work relationships

  • Proven experience in a leadership role

  • Working knowledge of CMS

  • Working knowledge of Cargo Carrying Units (CCUs)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and priorities, while maintaining safety and standards under pressure

  • High level of safety awareness

  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel

  • Working knowledge of iLMS suites


Desirable Qualifications/Competencies

  • Manual Handling Training


HSEQ

  • Work in partnership with HSE to ensure continuous improvement of safety and environmental performance, maintaining compliance with all laws, regulations, and industry standards/codes

  • Report all incidents or breaches of policy/regulations to the line manager

  • Fully endorse the Client’s ‘Stop the Job’ policy and commitment to proactive intervention where unsafe acts or conditions are observed

  • Adhere to the Client’s integrated management system, ensuring document control and continuous improvement of key processes
