Warehouse Operative – Permanent Role

We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client's Dyce based team. You’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, maintained, and shipped on time, while keeping everything running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receiving, storing, and preparing goods for shipment.

• Managing inventory – including processing work orders, returns, and repairs.

• Coordinating shipments with transport schedules.

• Using SAP to maintain accurate stock records.

• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.

• Preparing air freight manifests.

• Supporting continuous improvement across the warehouse.

• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Standard Grades/National 5 (or equivalent).

• 0–5T and 5–15T Counterbalance Forklift Truck licences.

• Great communication skills and a positive team attitude.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

• High attention to detail with strong planning and organisation skills.

Desirable (But Not Essential)

• Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Forklift Truck licence.

• Previous operational or logistics experience.
