About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Count Lead to oversee the safe, accurate, and efficient stock checking of client materials held at third-party sites. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring strong organisational and analytical skills, combined with warehouse and materials management expertise.

This position requires familiarity with warehouse stock count procedures, particularly proficient use of Teams SharePoint.

The Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a dedicated stock count document in Sharepoint to ensure all related materials are properly stored and accessible.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors to schedule physical inventory counts.

  • Issue scopes of work to vendors outlining stock count requirements and expectations.

  • Develop and execute inventory count plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Conduct comprehensive physical counts (physical-to-book and book-to-physical) at third-party locations.

  • Identify, photograph, and document all client materials.

  • Perform safety assessments at vendor sites.

  • Flag and report damaged, expired, or non-conforming items.

  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, including recounts as needed.

  • Collaborate with vendors to finalise and sign off stock counts.

  • Prepare detailed count reports for each third-party vendor.


Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Management or Logistics qualification (or equivalent experience)

  • Full, clean UK driving licence

  • Strong background in warehouse/materials operations

  • Extensive SAP experience

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
