Join Our Team as a Site Operative – Keep Operations Safe, Efficient, and Compliant!

Are you hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Site Operative to support our hazardous waste processing and logistics operations in Aberdeen.

✅ What You’ll Do:

• Operate site equipment (including forklifts, pumps, and air tools)

• Clean, inspect, and maintain reusable containers

• Accurately input and manage data in company systems

• Perform site tasks safely and efficiently following SOPs and TBRAs

• Deliver service in line with KPIs and work instructions (LSC-TBT)

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site safety

• Support value-adding activities as directed by Site Chemist or Supervisor

• Engage in safety reviews (SOP, TBRA, MHRA) and continuous improvement

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Valid forklift certificate

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious work ethic

• Good understanding of hazardous waste site safety

• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Experience handling waste and hazardous chemicals

• First Aid or Fire Warden certification

• IOSH training

• Awareness of Manual Handling, COSHH, Dangerous Goods & Oil Spills

• Vehicle Banksman/Spotter and Ready4Road training
