We are seeking reliable and skilled LGV Drivers to join our clients team on a temporary adhoc basis in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Large Goods Vehicles (LGVs) in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is secured properly.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
Report any vehicle maintenance needs or issues to the appropriate personnel.

Skills and Qualifications:
Valid LGV license.- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws.- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.- Ability to navigate using GPS and maps.- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.- Strong communication and customer service skills.- Reliability and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role.- Familiarity with local routes and destinations in Aberdeen.
