About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our clients team, supporting the company’s commitment to regulatory compliance and exceptional service. As a Logistics Administrator, you will work closely with the Customs Manager and team, providing essential administrative support to meet site and operational requirements. This is a key role for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate shipping records and assist with monthly MSS checks to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Prepare Bills of Discharge and support the customs & freight teams as needed, offering exceptional service and effective communication.
- Ensure a thorough customs audit trail is maintained, supporting smooth and compliant operations.
- Actively engage in promoting a culture of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) by upholding company standards and encouraging participation across the team.

Qualifications
Minimum: National 5 level or equivalent
Desirable: Experience in customs, logistics, or within the oil and gas industry is advantageous
