Ad-Hoc Driver – Aberdeen

About the Role
OBM are currently recruiting for an Ad-Hoc Driver to support our client’s Ships Agency operations in Aberdeen. This position is suited to candidates who are available on a flexible, as-required basis, with no guaranteed hours of work.

Work is offered and allocated on a first come, first served basis to the pool of approved ad-hoc drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a small minibus to transfer vessel crew to various sites across Aberdeen.

• Typical routes include transfers between Aberdeen Harbour/City Centre and Aberdeen Airport/Heliport.

• Occasional longer-distance journeys to Peterhead and Montrose for crew transfers.

• Collection and delivery of freight or small parcels locally and, at times, to locations on the West Coast.

Requirements

• Full, clean UK driving licence.

• Good knowledge of Aberdeen and the surrounding areas.

• Previous professional driving experience is preferred but not essential.

Additional Information

• Company vehicles are based in the Altens area of Aberdeen.

• Applicants should ensure they are able to commute to and from Altens for pick-up and drop-off.
