We're recruiting heavily as we need more people as we put our new development plans in place (we'll tell you all about that when we speak). 

We build, install and commission machinery into the food industry - so you'll need to know your way around building and installing something very similar. 

But this is a Team Leader role - you'll essentially be running the workshop, so responsible for nine people (at the moment) - you'll be training, advising, and allocating work loads, so we need some relevant experience there. 

We'd like to meet people who want to grow with us. We're a strong solid SME with huge expertise and experience in our field, with great potential, and we'd like similar people to join us. 

Usually a 70/30 split between being in production and out on site. Plenty of overtime.
