This may be your first job after graduating in mechanical engineering. 

You may have experience in mechanical design elsewhere - ideally within machinery. 

We can fit around you - all we ask is that you have a good reason to be here and a good attitude, and we'll give you a good place to work and the help you need. 

If you have no experience, then we'll teach you. If you have loads, then you can teach us. You'll know what a job like this involves. 

We're open to the salary you need too - don't worry, we'll establish that before we move forward.
