Job Description

If you're looking for your first role in engineering and/or project management, then Hilton Process Solutions may have the answer for you. 

This is an entry level position that would suit someone with knowledge of engineering - but most of all, we need someone bright, full of beans, numerate, and with excellent communication and organisational skills. 

We build and install machinery for the food manufacturing industry - and that really does mean you'll be going to work in chocolate factories. 

This is not quite an engineering role, not yet. But it will evolve into one if you've got the right attitude and you'll get plenty of exposure on the way. 

You'll be supporting the Project Managers, and learning how to organise and manage a project, keep records, and quite often, work with the customer. 

We're always busy and pretty fast-moving, so you'll end up involved in all sorts of things. 

You may have worked at an engineering company before, or you may have been to university to study engineering and looking for a role that keeps you in God's own county. 

But you have to be keen to learn and love getting stuck in - we'll teach you what you need to know.
