Job Description

Many companies are less interested in experience than you may think - especially early on in your career.

What businesses really look for is attitude and aptitude. If you have some experience of working in an engineering or manufacturing environment, and felt it was somewhere that you could flourish, then it always pays to get in touch when you see a role advertised.

It really is all about you - your energy, drive, ability to learn, and the way that you present youself. If you're proactive and make things happen, you've every chance of getting ahead of more experience people.

If you're reading this, and you think you have the education or experience to add value, let us know. We may be able to help!

At Aqueduct, we only help to SME businesses in Engineering and Manufacturing to find great people. Many of these companies have long histories, are strong innovators, or play an important role in the local employment market.

But whatever you do want to do with your career, come and talk to us first and we'll talk through what your options are and what you can achieve. Just some free, good advice before you start responding to adverts and going to interviews.

Get in touch on contactus@aqueductrecruitment.com or 01134 166940, or if you already have one, simply apply with your CV and we'll call you straight back.

This advertisement is not for a specific role (we know some ads can be very vague), its just to show what sort of roles we do recruit for!
