Nationwide | Self-Employed | Retain 80% of Revenue
Build your advice business without having to build every part of the infrastructure behind it.
Antony George Recruitment is working with an established UK financial planning group offering experienced advisers the opportunity to operate on a self-employed basis while benefiting from comprehensive compliance, administration and technology support.
This is designed for advisers who want to retain control of their client relationships, professional identity and future business value, while spending more time advising clients and developing their business.
WHAT YOU RETAIN
80% of initial and ongoing gross fee income under the standard arrangement.
Your existing trading name and professional identity, subject to approval.
Ownership of the client relationships and associated goodwill you introduce.
The opportunity to build long-term value within your own adviser business.
WHAT SITS BEHIND YOU
Compliance oversight and core regulatory infrastructure.
Professional indemnity insurance and standard regulatory costs, subject to the service agreement.
Administration support with client onboarding, Letters of Authority, provider requests, applications and case progression.
Support with annual review preparation, fee reconciliation and provider chasing.
Integrated technology for fact-finding, risk profiling, cash-flow planning and client valuations.
Optional paraplanning, research and suitability-report support.
Clear succession and potential client-bank acquisition options.
Documented client-data portability arrangements, subject to contractual terms.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will operate as a self-employed Financial Adviser and Registered Individual within an established regulatory and operational structure.
You will remain responsible for providing suitable, client-focused advice, managing your relationships and developing your business. Behind you will be an experienced team supporting the administration, processing, compliance and technology needed to deliver that advice efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining trusted, long-term client relationships.
Providing suitable and compliant financial advice.
Completing client reviews and identifying ongoing planning needs.
Maintaining accurate, organised and compliant client records.
Using the agreed digital systems and processes consistently.
Working collaboratively with compliance, administration and paraplanning teams.
Developing your client base through service, introductions and referrals.
Taking responsibility for the commercial performance of your adviser business.
WHO THIS OPPORTUNITY WILL SUIT
We would like to speak with experienced advisers who:
Are currently authorised or have a strong recent history as an FCA-registered adviser.
Ideally have at least three years of advisory experience.
Have an established client base or a credible and compliant plan for developing one.
Generate, or have a realistic route towards, approximately £120,000 or more in annual gross revenue.
Have a strong compliance record and maintain organised client files.
Are comfortable adopting modern digital advice processes.
Want support and collaboration without losing their professional identity.
Take a long-term view of client relationships and business development.
This is unlikely to suit advisers who want to retain heavily paper-based processes, work across several disconnected systems or resist moving to a consistent digital advice framework.
COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE
The standard arrangement allows the adviser to retain 80% of initial and ongoing gross fee income. The remaining 20% provides the core regulatory, compliance, technology and operational infrastructure.
A minimum monthly contribution applies, broadly aligned with annual gross revenue of approximately £120,000. A first-year contractual commitment also applies. Some optional services, including certain report-writing requirements or adviser-selected software, may carry separate charges.
The complete commercial and contractual terms will be explained transparently before you are asked to make any commitment.
A CONFIDENTIAL CONVERSATION
Moving adviser firms or changing operating models is a significant decision. The first conversation is simply to understand your current position, client proposition, ambitions and what you would need from a future partner.
You will not be asked to provide client names or client-identifiable information during the recruitment process.
