Package Details:
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of between £30,000 - £32,500 depending
on experience & qualifications.

Purpose of the role:
As a Client Servicing Manager, you will support Financial Planners by managing client
communication and service delivery. This role is integral to maintaining high client satisfaction
and ensuring seamless business processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gathering data and preparing client valuations each month.
• Liaising with product providers to obtain plan information, illustrations, and other
details, as required (for new clients and existing).
• Scheduling annual and half-yearly client reviews and supporting team to gather
information for the reports.
• Liaising with the implementation team, and product providers, to monitor and
progress client transfers and post-transaction reporting.
• Ensuring the client management system is kept up to date by inputting client data
into the back-office system (currently Adviser Office).
• Carrying out day to day requests from Clients (Money In/Out, Switching Funds) and
ensuring all tasks off the back of client meetings are completed.
• Ensuring client files are up to date, complete and tidy (and include current AML
documentation).
• Ensuring reports are bound and dispatched to clients in a timely manner; and
managing the team diary for client and prospect meetings and supporting meeting
preparation as required.
• Acquiring knowledge of business procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance by
adhering to company procedures.
• Gaining an understanding of and adhering to the ethos, culture, and purpose of the
Company.
• Undertake appropriate professional development and training.

• Organised and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with financial planning tools and back-office systems.
• Ability to prioritise workload independently, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Experience required:
At least 2 years’ experience in Financial Services administration.

Working Hours:
8.30am – 5pm (1 hour for Lunch) 3pm Finish on Fridays.
