We are looking for a Trainee Paraplanner/Paraplanner to join our high-performing team and play a key role in supporting our Wealth Managers in providing strategic financial advice to our valued clients.



The Role

As a Client/Senior Client Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of financial advice by supporting the technical, compliance, and client management aspects of the advisory process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong financial planning knowledge who is eager to develop their career in a well-respected firm.  


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Wealth Managers by analysing client requirements, developing cash flow models, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Prepare suitability letters and reports while managing back-office records throughout the advice process
  • Stay informed of industry changes, ensuring all business activities comply with regulatory requirements
  • Handle client queries and provide outstanding service to build long-term relationships
  • Work closely with internal teams, provide training, and support colleagues in enhancing service delivery


What We’re Looking For

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or close to completing
  • Strong financial acumen and numeracy skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in financial software and IT systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and professional approach to client service
