Package Details:
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Purpose of the role:
This is a paraplanning position with real influence and visibility. You'll work closely with Financial Planners, attend all client meetings, and take on ownership of complex financial strategies. Preparing financial planning strategies, cashflow modelling, report construction and maintaining close client contact, ensuring the highest possible standard of client service and playing a key role in the business including suggestion of improvements and refinements of our proposition. This position presents a unique chance for you to have a say in both the process and your future. Alongside various paths for advancement, it also provides a rare opportunity to undergo further training to specialise in areas which interest you, such as being part of the investment committee, compliance, advising or management. With in-depth support and encouragement, the pace at which you transition is entirely within your control.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Understanding the personal aspirations of your portfolio of clients. • Building lasting relationships with clients and gaining respect of other staff. • Being the primary point of contact for your clients. • Prepare bespoke financial planning strategies and cashflow models (using Voyant) • Draft suitability reports and review documents • Attend and contribute to in-person client meetings • Preparing financial planning solutions. • Deliver a personal, relationship-led service • Execute high-value investment transactions • Contribute to internal process improvements and team mentorship • Co-manage client portfolios with Financial Planners
The Ideal Employee:
• Technically strong across pensions, investments, protection, and tax • Experienced with Transact, AJ Bell, and CRM systems (JCS/IO/Xplan) preferable • Comfortable engaging with clients in meetings and leading on technical matters • Culturally aligned, enjoys a collaborative team environment and contributes beyond their job title
Experience required:
3+ years’ paraplanning experience
Qualifications required:
Diploma qualified (Level 4 DipPFS or equivalent)
