Package Details:
- Generous Earnings: Keep 70% of your gross billings with no network or monthly fees.
- Comprehensive Case Management Support: Benefit from dedicated administrative assistance, covering fact-finding, business submissions, and ongoing case management.
- Wealth Management and Recurring Income: Earn 30% of gross billings from wealth management referrals, including both initial fees and ongoing residual income.
- Flexible Fee Structure: Advisers can adjust advice fees as needed. Standard fees are £199 for product transfers and £499 for full applications.
- Remote Working Flexibility: Advisers can work remotely with the option to visit the office if preferred.
Purpose of the role:
To provide expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring the highest level of service and professionalism, while benefiting from a highly competitive and flexible earnings structure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing high-quality mortgage advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless advisory experience.
- Collaborating with the support team for fact-finding, business submissions, and ongoing case management.
- Referring clients for wealth management services and benefiting from recurring income opportunities.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

Relevant Skills/Experience
- Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lending criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently with support from case managers.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify wealth management referral opportunities.
Experience required:
- Previous experience as a mortgage adviser, ideally self-employed.
- Proven track record in mortgage sales and client relationship management.
Qualifications required:
- CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent qualification.
- Full FCA authorisation or ability to obtain authorisation.
