We’re working with a growing organisation undergoing a significant period of transformation, looking to bring in a Solutions Analyst to play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both analysis and delivery, with the autonomy to influence change and drive improvements across the business.
The Role
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to:
- Understand and document business requirements
- Analyse and map existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions
- Support the delivery of change initiatives from concept through to implementation
- Build business cases and recommend solutions aligned to strategic objectives
- Ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes from delivered solutions
This role offers a blend of Business Analysis and Project Delivery, giving you ownership from initial discovery through to real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and analysis
- Create clear documentation including process maps, data models, and requirement catalogues
- Work closely with technical teams to shape and deliver solutions
- Manage and track requirements through to delivery, ensuring alignment and traceability
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Support governance processes, risk management, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Solutions Analyst / Business Analyst role with delivery exposure
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge
- Experience working across end-to-end change or transformation initiatives
- Ability to translate complex business problems into structured solutions
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, BPMN, UML)
- Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
