BI Analyst

Hybrid – 1 day on-site per week

Amtis is proud to be partnering with a business investing into their BI capabilities, looking for a BI Analyst to join the team. Your focus will be on driving insight and telling a clear story through data, using Power BI and SQL to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyse performance, identify trends and build engaging dashboards that go beyond reporting — delivering meaningful, actionable insight. Operating within a modern Microsoft environment (Azure / Fabric), you’ll play a key role in shaping how data is used across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Building Power BI dashboards and reports that tell a clear story with data
• Using SQL to extract, transform and analyse data
• Working closely with stakeholders to turn requirements into meaningful insight
• Identifying trends and opportunities to improve business performance
• Creating engaging, user-friendly visualisations
• Supporting data quality and consistency across reporting

What we’re looking for

• Strong Power BI experience (dashboards, DAX, visualisation)
• Solid SQL skills
• Experience delivering analytics and insight to stakeholders
• Ability to communicate data clearly and tell a story with it
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• STEM Education background

Nice to have

• Azure / Microsoft Fabric experience
