Service Analyst
Gloucestershire Based
Hybrid Working – 2 days on-site per week
Salary: Up to £35,500
Amtis is recruiting for a Service Analyst to join a great business and an expanding team who are responsible for supporting and maintaining the organisation’s systems. This is a pivotal time as the team transitions to a new platform, which will enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing maintenance and development of the systems.
- Analyse system performance and data integrity, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure system functionality aligns with operational needs.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
