ICT Core Systems Service Manager
Location: Gloucester/Cheltenham
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £54,000
This role is responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s core systems, including the transition to their new platform. It involves overseeing service performance, ensuring system stability, and working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver effective ICT services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage three interdependent core services.
- Set strategic direction and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Oversee the stability, efficiency, and availability of core systems.
- Support the transition to the new RMS platform.
- Collaborate with project and delivery teams to ensure smooth service integration.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
- Provide expert consultation on service delivery and project implementation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Service Management role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with external partners and suppliers.
- Ability to lead through change and manage complex service transitions.
