Lead D365 Technical Specialist, Permanent, London, hybrid, £80k - £90k

Working in a leading UK company, as the Lead D365 Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and operations.
Your expertise in technical product knowledge will be crucial in collaborating with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Analysts, and technical team members.

You will oversee the development, configuration, integration, testing, and maintenance of D365 systems, ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices within an Agile D365 SDLC framework.
Additionally, you will focus on enhancing code performance, stability, and scalability, while mentoring the technical team to achieve business objectives efficiently.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CE, F&O, Azure DevOps, X++
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a benefit
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and lead a technical team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
