Head of Agile
London, Hybrid home working. Salary guide £90k - £115k. Plus benefits. Full time permanent.

Our leading global client in the Tech for Good sector seek an Head of Agile to work closely with Account Manager, Tech Teams and Product Teams to manage pipeline and build out delivery squads.
You will mentor and guide Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, and other Agile practitioners, ensuring the consistent application of Agile principles and practices throughout the enterprise. You will be instrumental in driving organizational change, establishing value driven product decisions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in leading Agile delivery strategies for Web and Mobile Digital tech Products.
Excellent mentoring and coaching skills.
Strong background in product development and business systems.
Ability to drive organisational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
