We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known UK company for an exciting Business Analyst - HR Data position. This role is perfect for a driven professional looking to contribute to a high-impact Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programme. You’ll join a talented Team, working closely with Data Integration Leads, Data Analysts, Product Owners, and other key stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong data experience to make a real difference in a leading UK organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing data processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the HCM transformation programme.
- Lead workshops to gather and document HCM data requirements.
- Design and own the HCM data workstream, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with technical experts to support data migration strategies and solutions.
- Participate in testing and validation to ensure successful data integration and migration.
- Assist in training, communications, and post-implementation support activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing business change projects, ideally within HCM transformations.
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation and organisational process changes.
- Expertise in data analytics and management, including data quality, security, compliance, and retention.
- Experience with HCM systems, preferably in the hospitality or retail sectors.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Experience with process management techniques (e.g., Six Sigma/Lean).
- BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent.
- Scrum Alliance certification (CSPO, CSM) or similar.
