Job Description

Job Title: Contract Change and Release Lead Outside ir35

Location: Burton on Trent, hybrid working weekly on site 2-3 days

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Change and Release Lead to join our clients team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL practices and, preferably, hands-on release management experience with Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all activities related to the change and release management process. - Develop, implement, and oversee change and release policies and procedures. - Ensure that all changes are meet standards and coordinated between process, project, service, infrastructure or applications teams etc before deployment. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to plan and execute releases. - Monitor and report on change and release activities to ensure compliance with established standards. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes and releases.

Required Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in a Change and Release Lead role. - Strong understanding of ITIL best practices. - Experience with Dynamics 365 is highly desirable. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Contract Duration: 3-6 months Rate - £250 - £400pd as a guide
