Position: Scrum Master – D365 CRM FSM (Outside IR35)

Location: Commutable from Midlands, London, South West – Hybrid, weekly on-site 1-2 days

Day rate: Competitive

Role Purpose:

Working within a large multi country, multi-site programme we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to manage delivery of Dynamics CRM and FSM upgrades, integrations and features whilst supporting the programme manager with additional project aspects. Responsible for sprint planning and execution, establishing optimum sprint ceremonies including backlog grooming, daily scrum, sprint retrospectives, resource and task alignment, Risk and Issue Management and reporting. Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed acceptance criteria.

Core Experience:

• Experience in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, specification development, testing, and release.
• Proven delivery experience in Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Demonstrable success as a Scrum Master using an Agile product development methodology.
• D365 project experience; FSM experience is desirable.
• Experience working with Jira and managing 3rd party delivery teams.
