IT Vendor Manager, IT Category Manager, ESG Manager, Permanent, Hybrid working (2 days per week as a guide). Bishops Cleeve

An excellent opportunity to be at the centre of a multi year Business Transformation and beyond! Working in a blue chip client based in the UK with global locations and IT suppliers you will be a highly skilled IT Vendor Manager with experience of ESG (Environmental, Social &Governance). The successful candidate will be responsible for Global IT Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain IT procurement policies and procedures

- Manage IT vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

- Develop and maintain IT category management strategy and plans

- Ensure compliance with ESG policies and guidelines

- Monitor and report on vendor performance and compliance

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders

- Provide guidance and support to IT team members on procurement and vendor management

- Identify and implement process improvements

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in IT procurement and vendor management

- Strong knowledge of IT category management practices

- Familiarity with ESG policies and guidelines

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
