We are seeking Senior IT Technicians to work on long term hourly rate contracts with a salary equivalent to c £30,000 with a view to moving to permanent. Managing a variety of tasks/queries taken through phone calls, emails, portal queries (and other platforms such as social media) you will be the first point of contact / support for Internal Staff & Users. You will be responsible for both basic and more complex user issues ranging from simple password resets and access rights through to complex profile builds and connectivity issues. Following agreed procedures, you will take accountability and identify, prioritise, register and categorise incidents. Diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures. Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution Technical Skills required
