Superviseur Instrumentation – Ref. JOB-1617

RÉCAPITULATIF :

Nous recherchons un Superviseur Instrumentation pour intervenir sur un projet dans la région havraise. Intégré(e) à l’équipe E&I du site, vous serez responsable du suivi et de la supervision des activités d’instrumentation, sur les phases d’installation et de construction du projet. Vous veillerez au respect des exigences de sécurité, de qualité, des plans d’exécution et du planning du projet.

VOS MISSIONS :

• Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité sur site, en étroite collaboration avec le département HSE.
• Suivre l’avancement des activités d’instrumentation conformément au planning du projet, anticiper les prochaines interventions et alerter le responsable de site en cas de dérive.
• Superviser l’ensemble des activités d’instrumentation et suivre l’avancement des différents fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
• Vérifier la conformité des installations par rapport aux plans du projet et aux exigences techniques applicables.
• Suivre et évaluer les modifications d’ingénierie, notamment au travers de l’émission des documents AFC (Approved for Construction), afin de maîtriser les quantités et d’assister les bureaux d’études concernés.
• Réaliser des audits qualité des sous-traitants en collaboration avec le responsable qualité du site.
• Assurer le suivi du dossier qualité conformément aux plans d’inspection validés par les différents spécialistes.
• Participer au dépannage et à la résolution des problèmes d’instrumentation lors du démarrage de l’installation.

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE :

• Au moins 15 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’instrumentation sur des sites industriels.
• Expérience confirmée en supervision d’activités d’instrumentation, notamment en installation, inspection et essais.
• Expérience du suivi de travaux réalisés par des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants sur site.
• Maîtrise du contrôle de conformité des installations par rapport aux plans d’ingénierie et aux exigences qualité du projet.
• Expérience des inspections, des audits qualité et du suivi documentaire QA/QC.
• Expérience en précommissioning, notamment sur les activités de Loop Checks.
• Une expérience lors des phases de démarrage et de dépannage d’installations industrielles constitue un atout.

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Formation technique en instrumentation ou qualification équivalente.
• Expertise en installation, essais et supervision d’instrumentation industrielle.
• Expertise dans l’application des politiques de sécurité et de qualité sur site.
• Maîtrise des exigences de la norme IEC 61508.
• Maîtrise des exigences de la norme IEC 61131-1.
• Certification VCA ou équivalent.
• Habilitations électriques européennes adaptées aux interventions sur site, notamment en haute et basse tension, ainsi qu’en consignation.
• Expérience confirmée en gestion de travaux de construction industrielle.
• Capacité à anticiper les besoins du chantier, à coordonner les intervenants et à identifier les écarts de planning, de qualité ou de conformité.
• Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement industriel exigeant.
• Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais.

Instrumentation Supervisor – Ref. JOB-1617

SUMMARY:

We are looking for an Instrumentation Supervisor to work on a project in the Le Havre area. As part of the site E&I team, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising instrumentation activities, on installation and construction phases. You will ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements, project drawings, and the project schedule.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations in close collaboration with the HSE department.
• Monitor instrumentation activities in accordance with the project schedule, anticipate upcoming work, and alert the Site Manager to any deviations.
• Supervise all instrumentation activities and monitor the progress of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Verify that installations comply with project drawings and applicable technical requirements.
• Monitor and assess engineering changes, particularly through the issuance of AFC (Approved for Construction) documents, to control quantities and support the relevant engineering design offices.
• Conduct quality audits of subcontractors in collaboration with the Site Quality Manager.
• Monitor and maintain the quality dossier in accordance with inspection plans approved by the relevant specialists.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving instrumentation issues during plant start-up.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• At least 15 years of experience in instrumentation on industrial sites.
• Proven experience supervising instrumentation activities, particularly installation, inspection, and testing.
• Experience monitoring work performed by suppliers and subcontractors on site.
• Strong experience verifying installation compliance with engineering drawings and project quality requirements.
• Experience with inspections, quality audits, and QA/QC documentation.
• Experience in pre-commissioning, particularly Loop Checks.
• Experience in industrial plant start-up and troubleshooting is an advantage.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Technical background in instrumentation or equivalent qualifications.
• Expert knowledge of industrial instrumentation installation, testing, and supervision.
• Expert knowledge of site safety and quality policies.
• Expertise in IEC 61508 requirements.
• Expertise in IEC 61131-1 requirements.
• VCA certification or equivalent.
• Relevant European electrical certifications and authorizations for site activities, including high-voltage and low-voltage work and electrical isolation/lockout procedures.
• Confirmed experience in industrial construction management.
• Ability to anticipate site requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and identify schedule, quality, and compliance deviations.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a demanding industrial environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
