RECAPITULATIF :

Dans le cadre du développement de projets nucléaires, nous recherchons un Contract Manager afin de piloter la gestion contractuelle de projets complexes, depuis la phase d’ingénierie jusqu’à l’exécution des travaux.

Le poste est basé en Île-de-France et implique des déplacements réguliers sur site. Vous interviendrez en interface avec les équipes projet, les sous-traitants et les différentes parties prenantes dans un environnement exigeant en termes de sûreté, qualité et conformité.

MISSIONS

• Assurer la gestion contractuelle de projets nucléaires (contrats EPC, contrats de sous-traitance, fournisseurs)
• Participer à la revue, l’analyse et la négociation des contrats avec les clients et partenaires
• Veiller au respect des obligations contractuelles et réglementaires propres au secteur nucléaire
• Identifier, analyser et gérer les risques contractuels tout au long du projet
• Piloter les processus de gestion des claims, réclamations et variations (change orders)
• Préparer, formaliser et suivre les notifications contractuelles
• Conseiller les équipes projet (Project Manager, Engineering, Procurement) sur les enjeux contractuels et commerciaux
• Participer à la gestion des litiges et aux négociations associées
• Contribuer à l’optimisation de la performance contractuelle et financière des projets
• Assurer un suivi rigoureux de la traçabilité documentaire, en lien avec les exigences nucléaires

PROFIL

• Formation supérieure en droit, ingénierie ou management de projets
• Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en contract management sur des projets industriels complexes
• Expérience dans le secteur nucléaire fortement souhaitée (ou énergie / oil & gas / grands projets EPC)
• Bonne maîtrise des contrats internationaux (FIDIC, EPC…)
• Solide expérience en gestion des claims et des variations contractuelles
• Connaissance des exigences du secteur nucléaire (sûreté, qualité, traçabilité) appréciée
• Anglais professionnel requis
• Mobilité pour déplacements réguliers sur site

Contract Manager – Ref. JOB-1546

OVERVIEW:
As part of the development of nuclear projects, we are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the contractual management of complex projects, from the engineering phase through to construction execution.

The position is based in Île-de-France and involves regular site visits. You will act as an interface with project teams, subcontractors, and various stakeholders in an environment with stringent requirements in terms of safety, quality, and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the contractual aspects of nuclear projects (EPC contracts, subcontracting agreements, suppliers)
• Participate in the review, analysis, and negotiation of contracts with clients and partners
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations specific to the nuclear sector
• Identify, analyze, and manage contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead claims management processes, including disputes, claims, and change orders
• Prepare, formalize, and track contractual notifications
• Advise project teams (Project Management, Engineering, Procurement) on contractual and commercial matters
• Contribute to dispute resolution and related negotiations
• Support the optimization of contractual and financial project performance
• Ensure rigorous document traceability in line with nuclear industry requirements

PROFILE:

• Higher education degree in law, engineering, or project management
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management on complex industrial projects
• Experience in the nuclear sector is highly desirable (or energy / oil & gas / large EPC projects)
• Strong knowledge of international contracts (FIDIC, EPC, etc.)
• Solid experience in claims and contract variation management
• Familiarity with nuclear industry requirements (safety, quality, traceability) is a plus
• Professional level of English required
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites
