Planificateur Ordonnancement – Réf. JOB-1538

RÉCAPITULATIF :
Aldebaran Group recrute un Planificateur Ordonnancement pour un projet industriel situé aux Mureaux.

Le poste s’inscrit dans un environnement orienté machines industrielles, avec des activités de fabrication, d’assemblage, d’intégration, de maintenance et de remise en état d’équipements. Vous intervenez dans un contexte exigeant où la maîtrise des délais, la coordination des flux et la disponibilité des équipements sont des enjeux majeurs de performance.

VOS MISSIONS :

• Élaborer et piloter les plannings de fabrication, d’assemblage et de maintenance
• Assurer l’ordonnancement des opérations sur machines industrielles
• Coordonner les activités de production, d’intégration et de remise en état
• Planifier les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective
• Optimiser la charge des ressources et le respect des délais
• Suivre l’avancement des travaux et ajuster la planification en fonction des aléas
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques, méthodes et production
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de planification

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE :

• Expérience confirmée en planification / ordonnancement en environnement industriel
• Connaissance des environnements liés aux machines industrielles
• Expérience en coordination d’activités de fabrication, d’assemblage ou de maintenance industrielle

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Formation technique ou industrielle
• Bonne compréhension des contraintes de production et des flux industriels
• Solide culture en maintenance industrielle
• Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité d’anticipation
• Capacité à travailler en interface avec des équipes techniques et opérationnelles
• Maîtrise des outils de planification et ERP appréciée

Planner / Scheduler – Ref. JOB-1538

SUMMARY:
Aldebaran Group is recruiting a Planner / Scheduler for an industrial project located in Les Mureaux.

The position is set within an environment focused on industrial machinery, including manufacturing, assembly, integration, maintenance, and equipment refurbishment activities. You will operate in a demanding industrial context where schedule control, workflow coordination, and equipment availability are key performance drivers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure proper sequencing and scheduling of operations on industrial machinery
• Coordinate production, integration, and refurbishment activities
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance interventions
• Optimize resource allocation and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor work progress and adjust schedules according to constraints and changes
• Work closely with technical, methods, and production teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in planning and scheduling within an industrial environment
• Experience working with industrial machinery environments
• Background in coordinating manufacturing, assembly, or industrial maintenance activities

YOUR PROFILE:

• Technical or industrial education background
• Strong understanding of production constraints and industrial workflows
• Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance
• Strong organizational skills and anticipation capability
• Ability to interface effectively with technical and operational teams
• Experience with planning tools and ERP systems is a plus
