RECAPITULATIF :

Vous souhaitez piloter la planification de projets industriels complexes, avec une forte dimension technique ? Rejoignez ALDEBARAN Group en tant que Ingénieur Planning pour accompagner des projets industriels de plusieurs millions d'euros sur le scope de la tuyauterie. 

Le poste s’inscrit dans le cadre de multi projets, principalement dans des environnements nucléaires et industriels, avec un rôle de pilotage, planning, reporting et appui PMO, en interface étroite avec les chefs de projets, les équipes études, méthodes, approvisionnements et chantier.

Le poste est basé dans la région lyonnaise. 

MISSIONS :

• Définir et mettre à jour les plannings globaux et détaillés des projets, en intégrant les études, approvisionnements, préfabrication, travaux et essais. 
• Etablir et suivre les indicateurs d'avancement physique et financier, rédiger les notes d'hypothèses planning et produire les synthèses pour les instances projets. 
• Piloter simultanément plusieurs projets (8 à 20 millions d'euros), avec la capacité à prendre de la hauteur pour identifier les risques et arbitrer les priorités. 
• Garantir la cohérence entre les différentes disciplines techniques, notamment la tuyauterie. 
• Challenger les interlocuteurs projet pour optimiser les solutions et le déroulement des travaux. 
• Participer à la coordination technique entre études, approvisionnements, montage chantier et essais. 
• Se rendre ponctuellement sur site pour suivre l'avancement des travaux et assurer la liaison avec les équipes opérationnelles. 

PROFIL :

• Formation ingénieur ou technique avec une spécialisation en planification projet / project controls.
• Expérience confirmée en tant qu’Ingénieur Planning, idéalement sur des projets industriels complexes.
• Bonne connaissance des projets industriels complets (études, approvisionnements, montage, essais).
• Expérience terrain appréciée, avec une connaissance des chantiers industriels ; la tuyauterie est fortement souhaitée.
• Capacité à piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle.
• Maîtrise des outils de planification (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Capacité à challenger les interlocuteurs. 
• Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’analyse, capacité à prendre de la hauteur et de communication avec les équipes projet et terrain.
• Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais.

SUMMARY

Do yoou want to manage the planning of complex idustrial projects with a strong technical dimension? Join ALDEBARAN Group as an Industrial Planning Engineer to support multi-million-euro projects in the piping scope. 

The role is part of multi-project environments, primarily in nuclear and industrial sectors, involving planning, monitoring, reporting, and PMO support, working closely with project managers, engineering, methods, procurement, and site teams.

The position is based in the Lyon region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Defining and updating overall and detailed project schedules, integrating engineering, procurement, prefabrication , construction, and testing activities. 
• Establishing and tracking physical and financial progress indicators, frafting planning assumptions notes, and producting project summaries for steering committees. 
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously (€8 to 20 million), with the ability to take a step back to identify risks and prioritize actions. 
• Ensuring coherence between different technical disciplines, particularly piping.
• Challenging project stakeholders to optimize solutions and project execution. 
• Participating in technical coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and testing. 
• Occasionally visiting sites to monitor work progress and liaise with operational teams.  

PROFILE

• Engineering or technical degree with a specialization in Project Planning / Project Controls.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, ideally on complex industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of complete industrial project lifecycle: engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, testing.
• Field experience is appreciated, with knowledge of industrial sites; piping experience highly desired.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Autonomous, rigorous, analytical, with the ability to take a strategic overview and strong communication skills with project and site teams.
• Professional proficiency in English
