RECAPITULATIF

Vous souhaitez piloter la planification d'un projet de construction industrielle ambitieux, à fort impact environnemental et technologique ?

Rejoignez ALDEBARAN Group en tant que Site Planning Manager afin de prendre en charge le suivi des activités pour un projet de Data Center en Ile-de-France. Basé(e) sur site, vous serez au cœur de la phase de construction d'un projet stratégique, d'un budget global supérieur à 100 millions d'euros. 

VOS MISSIONS

En tant que Site Planning Manager, vous serez responsable de :

• Elaborer et suivre des plannings détaillés en utilisant Primavera P6, en phase d'exécution.
• Assurer la gestion des interfaces multi lots (CVC, électricité, génie civil, IT, etc.) et garantir la cohérence globale du planning. 
• Evaluer les ressources nécessaires et optimiser leur allocation selon les jalons clés. 
• Identifier les risques planning et proposer des actions correctives efficaces. 
• Consolider les plannings des sous-traitants et fournisseurs dans le planning directeur. 
• Assurer la communication et la coordination entre les équipes internes, sous-traitants et le client. 
• Suivre l'avancement réel sur site, analyser les écarts et préparer des rapports réguliers de progression. 
• Valider les quantités annoncées par les sous-traitants. 
• Garantir le respect des normes de sécurité, qualité et performance. 

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE

• 10 ans minimum d'expérience en planification de projets industriels complexes. 
• Références solides sur des projets de +50M€ CAPEX (plusieurs centaines de millions de CAPEX serait apprécié)
• Expérience confirmée dans la gestion des interfaces multi-lots. 
• Maîtrise de Primavera P6. 
• Expérience en contexte EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). 
• Forte capacité d'analyse, communication claire et leadership transverse. 

VOTRE PROFIL

• Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent. 
• Français courant et bonne maîtrise de l'anglais. 
• Autonomie, rigueur et esprit de synthèse pour mener un projet critique dans les délais et le budget impartis.

SUMMARY 

Do you want to lead the planning of an ambitious industrial construction project with major environmental and technological impact? 

Join ALDEBRAN Group as a Site Planning Manager, taking charge of project activity tracking for a Data Center project in the Ile-de-France region. Based on-site, you will be at the heart of the construction phase of this strategic project with a total budget exceeding €100 million. 

YOUR MISSION 

As a Site Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and monitoring detailed schedules using Primavera P6 during the execution phase.
• Managing multi-trade interfaces (HVAC, electrical, civil works, IT, etc.) and ensuring overall schedule coherence. 
• Assessing required resources and optimizing their allocation according to key milestones. 
• Identifying schedule risks and proposing effective corrective actions.
• Consolidating subcontractor and supplier schedules into the master schedule. 
• Ensuring communication and coordination among internal teams, subcontractors, and the client. 
• Tracking actual on-site progress, analyzing deviations, and preparing regular progress reports.
• Validating quantities reported by subcontractors. 
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.

YOUR EXPERIENCE 

• At least 10 years of experience in planning complex industrial projects.
• Strong references on projects over €50M CAPEX (experience on projects wrth several hundred million would be highly valued).
• Proven experience managing multi-trade interfaces. 
• Proficiency in Primavera P6. 
• Experience in EPC environments (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). 
• Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and cross-functional leadership. 

YOUR PROFILE

• Engineering degree or equivalent. 
• Fluent French and good level of English. 
• Autonomous, rigorous, and with strong analytical skills - capable of delivering a critical project on time and within budget.
